Sizu was created by two friends, Lauren and Tamsin.
We started as friends from university who shared the same passion for wanting to inspire others to look after their mental health and lead happy and fulfilled lives.
We have created a community to support mental health and help change the lives of those around them. They encourage others to share their stories, have a voice, and be proud of who they are.
We design responsibly sourced and stylish clothes and accessories to support mental health and children's charities, two causes very close to our hearts.
Sizu clothing is sourced from dignified and reputable factories, as we believe the mental and physical health of everyone is just as important, wherever we may live in the world. We know this is as important to you, as it is to us.
We have worked with small independent designers and printers in the U.K to support local businesses, within our community.
