RETURNS

CLOTHING

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, when available.

We cannot refund personalised jumpers, due to being unable to restock. Please email us to discuss further how we can support you.

We are happy to offer vouchers if you do not want an exchange, and would like to purchase another charity gift from our range. These vouchers are valid for 12 months.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the item is delivered and packaged to arrive safely and in good condition.  We recommend using a tracked service such as EVRi.

Returns are only accepted if they are returned within or we are advised of the return within 14 days of the receipt of your purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Your order number and address will suffice, or a copy of the despatch notification.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of:

- Items that have clearly been used

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Your statutory rights are not affected.
