Performance Mindset Coaching

This 6-week pilot coaching programme offers the opportunity to work with me on a one-to-one basis in a supportive, confidential, and focused coaching relationship. Coaching is shaped around the individual to enjoy the pursuit of excellence and discover the true meaning of achievement regardless of the outcome.

I believe in the transference of high performance skills into everyday life, where high performance is an approach to life and not specific to sports alone. Anyone can adopt a high performance mindset, learning skills towards maximising their potential. 

My role is not to give answers, but to ask powerful questions, challenge assumptions, and create a space for clarity to overcome mental blocks, increase your self-awareness, and realise your ambitions. The programme is informed by my experience operating in high-performance sporting environments, through my academic career in both Psychology (BA Hons), Business Management (MSc) and Mental Health Narratives (PhD). Including lessons learnt through my professional life including public-facing work through television and media.

This pilot is limited to six individual clients to ensure depth, quality, and personalised attention, and will also help inform the development of future coaching programmes. Structures include goal setting, strengths identification, values exploration, reflective thinking, and future planning.
